I tried the donut ‘cake’ and the baked cheesecake—both were absolutely delicious. The desserts were so good, I found myself wishing I had chosen this place for breakfast instead of another café. However, keep in mind that the store is quite small, so it can feel busy and cramped at times.
Ordered a decaf cappuccino and a blueberry and lemon cheesecake donut here! Discovered that if you sign up online you get enough points to get a free coffee, so took advantage of that and got an extra shot as well. Coffee was absolutely delicious. The strength was just perfect for me, quite strong flavour and the hint of chocolate from the cappuccino topping was just so good. Of course keep in mind I had an extra shot, so can’t comment on how it would be in normal strength. Was not tooo big on the donut, made a mistake of getting the blueberry and lemon cheesecake donut since it had blueberry chunks inside, which I don’t enjoy. I did have a taste of the pistachio donut from a friend and that was really delicious so I think the cheesecake donut was just not for me. Their chocolate is delicious, I will try a donut with chocolate next time.
A unique, very healthy and delicious venue for breakfast. My husband and I just adored the Gochu Hash dish. Beautifully presented which covered the taste spectrum. GOCHU HASH (GF V) 26.5 potato & cauliflower hash, exotic mushrooms, gochujang butter, kale, fried egg, chilli & parmesan crisps + free range bacon 7.0 HARVEST BOWL (GF V DFO VGO Gochujang Butter . A delicious fermented paste with butter, vinegar, garlic & chilli. The parmesan lace like crisps are a delight visually and to eat. The combinations of flavours and visual presentation and taste is exquisite and unlike most breakfasts anywhere in the world. Our grandchildren love the gluten free donuts.
