Currently visiting from WA and the cafe was within walking distance to my accommodation. Delicious food. I got the vegetarian big breakfast and it was 10/10. Feta potato hash was to die for. Came back multiple times, staff is always lovely and attentive. Massive drinks menu and options to sit inside or outside. Going to miss it!
I was googling before I visited here. Love the vibe! There is a nice long big table where you can see outside. It’s perfect place for spending the best time for a coffee. I tried the pancake tacos, very softy and the cream was so good!
What a great venue to do trivia really enjoyed ourself great food . The questions in trivia are fun to answer
Asked for a smoked salmon bagel and coffee and was told that the bagel only came as a takeaway. Duly purchased 2 bagels and 2 coffees and walked to park - coffee was passable, but bagel was absolutely disgusting, dried out bagel with greasy salmon. I actually believe it was yesterdays bagels. It was too far to walk back so just binned the bagels - lesson learned, avoid The Smug Fig at all costs - oh yes, also extremely surly service at takeaway counter.
