The ambience is great. Everything from the tableware to silverware, is feel good! The staff is super friendly and nice. Plus point most of them speak English and understood food allergies very precisely. This made the ordering experience 10/10 for me. Restaurant manager checked on every table to make sure everything was in order. Lastly the presentation was also nice and the dishes were delicious. Must recommend for everyone visiting Angola!
The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Luanda in the reputable and upscale hotel Epic Sana. Had a nice dinner with a friend/colleague after work at this place. Ordered a bottle of wine, a reserve selection from Portugal. For starters, we ordered beef carpaccio. It was quite fresh and just melted in mouth as you eat it. Accompanied with parmesan cheese, capers and lime, this was nice. For main course we ordered two dishes so we can share. Lamb Carre is basically lamp chops with baked layered and sliced potatoes and peas paste. I prefer my lamb to be a bit more cooked. There were four pieces of small lamb chops in yhr dish. The dish is the most expensive on the menu and I would expect a bit more on the plate for that price. The other dish was beef tenderloin and it was perfectly cooked accompanied by nice potato wedges, sprinkled with sea salt and pepper. It was definitely a much satisfying dish. Overall the ambience is great and service is good. A lot of business people were there for dinner but it can be a nice place for a dinner date. We spent around $200 for two people and it was decent for the price. Would definitely go there again.
I went many times to eat at this restaurant, but this weekend I wanted a pizza, the pizza was awful, it looked like they bought the ready one from the supermarket and heated there, it was really awful. It became overpriced, the pizza was small and it costed 24 usd.
Located inside the Epic Sana Hotel, on the 1st floor. We Had a delightful dinner. Great staff, well trained and dedicated, with lot of attention to detail. Excellent Italian food. Very pleasant atmosphere. The only downside is the rather hefty price tag, you can expect Kz 25,000 per person The Linguini Porcini in Parmesan wheel, is an experience to see. The chef comes with the big Parmesan Cheese wheel and prepares the dish, next to your table! We ended it with a nice Tiramisu . We didnt order Bread baskets, yet they billed it, we were 3 and they brought 3 baskets, we would loved if we were asked for it, knowing that 2 of 3 are gluten intolerent . The uniforms were'nt clean, not worthy of a 5 stars staff . It would be good if at least couple of team members, would speak english just to ease up a bit the communication
