This place is on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list. The pho was decent but not sure it’s Michelin worthy. It’s all outdoor seating and the chairs are plastic stools. The check is determined by counting the number of bowls and glasses in the table. They won’t clear anything off the table because of this.
Definitely one of the better bowls of pho bo I've had in HCMC. I had the rare steak and flank steak mix. Beautifully tender. The soup was complex with the right level of pepper, heat, herbal for my taste buds. Price was good for the quality. Highly recommend.
We caught an early morning Grab taxi to Pho Phuong 25 for Breakfast. We were greeted at the curb and shown to our table. The Pho was Delicious, the Iced Coffee was great as was the very friendly service. We can highly recommend 👍
I will rate Pho Phương at 25 Hoàng Sa, Dakao ward HCMC at 4 out of 5. I had the mixed bowl option which included oxtail was tender and the skin texture was gelatinous, tendons and meat wise .. I prefer Pho Vietnam. The soup is tasty with a good beef flavour.
