Staying closeby and saw this was michelin recommended for the fire beef garlic phở 70k ( phở tái lăn). I tried it and the fried beef makes it so beefy, probably the beefiest phở I ever had. Overall it is pretty good I'd give it 4.5★ and I'm reading it has been open 30+ years.
Best pho in town. Hands down. The fire garlic beef pho is life-changing. The broth has all the subtle notes of beefiness, spices, and herbs. Perfectly balanced. Do not bother with the rubbish and touristy 1 Michelin Pho Viet Nam. That’s garbage. If you have only time for 1 pho during your trip - THIS IS IT.
Beef pho was delicious. The broth was rich and the noodles nice and chewy. Nothing special about the location but definitely worth a visit for the pho.
Delicious Pho, excellent price and the women who ran the shop were kind and thoughtful. Frequented by locals and featured on Someone Feed Phil it’s a create real authentic meal and we both had medium bowls for a total of $6.45
