We ordered raw shrimp and spring rolls. The raw shrimp is served with vermicelli, herbs, and spices, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. I usually don’t enjoy raw shrimp, but the combination of spiciness and sourness made it the perfect starter for our meal. The spring rolls were also unique compared to the typical ones, with a higher proportion of meat to herbs, giving them a heartier flavor. For our main course, we had the oyster hotpot, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the herbs paired perfectly with the oysters, enhancing the overall experience. The service was excellent as well. The staff were attentive and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even asked, making the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!
Great restaurant for inviting sincere friends or importantly guests from overseas, etc. Ms.Tu, the owner of the fantastic restaurant is so talented and kind. The hotpot with beef and oyster is obviously must-try dish. Amazing. The restaurant is also a good fruit shop during day time but only when they have good ones. So professional. Hope more and more people enjoy the authentic Vietnamese cuisine here.
Simple but fantastic lunch. I started with the fried spring rolls, then moved on to what I had come for, the baby clams and morning glory broth. Clean, vibrant tastes, further bolstered by a selection of fresh herbs and raw chopped chillies. Sad that I didn't discover this restaurant sooner, as now near the end of my 60 days in Saigon. Didn't know about their Michelin Bib Gourmand status prior to taking my seat in the restaurant, but now that I have eaten there, I'm not at all surprised.
Nhà Tú tastes like home. We had the pork stuffed snails and chicken hot pot. It tasted like nostalgia for a childhood I had never lived. Truly an extraordinary meal. The location is gorgeous and the service was phenomenal.
