This one is not super fun compared to other things near by, but still great views all the way up!
A relative easy hike --1.5hrs round trip if you go slow from the restroom --with incredible views. The are some scrambles, but it's a walk in the park if you managed to make it the Upper Enchantment. On a sunny day you'll be rewarded with views of various lakes in the Enchantment. you can see as far as Glacier Peaks, Mt Rainier and Mt Adams. A must do either way (day hike or if you are lucky enough to get a permit). Make sure you download a map ahead of time and follow the cairns. If you do get lost just keep climbing upwards.
We love Indian cuisine and we also enjoy cooking Indian food ourselves. That's why it's always a special pleasure for us to try Indian cuisine. The restaurant itself is in a resort/hotel and is very comfortably furnished. There is also a large terrace. The staff are very, very helpful, warm and friendly! The food was also excellent. To summarize: absolute recommendation!
The food was ok but the Nepalese restaurants in Glenwood Springs (Nepal and Everest Nepal) are much better and less expensive. They actually charged $10 for a bottle of Taj Mahal! I know it's Vail but that is absurd.
