Went during the week without a reservation and was seated outside. We were persuaded to try the tasting menu and it didn’t disappoint. The menu is constantly changing, so it’s definitely worth coming back to try their new offerings. Every dish was executed to perfection. The taste of each was unique and the presentation was beautiful. My only complaint was the dinner did take a while over 2 hours. But don’t let that impact your decision to come here
I don’t know what to say about this place. One of my favorite restaurants in the country. Absolutely in my top 5 reasons to move to Miami. I’ve been 3 times now. Once solo, and twice as a 4 top. (Pictures included from 2 of the three. Can’t say enough great things. It’s just an incredible meal, service is impeccable. I highly recommend the tasting menu, or just order one of everything… Need to plan my next trip for this place alone.
I had the tasting menu that allowed me to experience the full creativity of the chef. The 8 courses were each beautifully constructed, original and delicious. I savored this outstanding dinner over two hours and was thrilled to have been able to get in on short notice. This is outstanding creative food that deserves a Michelin star. Many of the staff has been with the restaurant since the start and make a wonderful ensemble. I had superb assistance from my waiter, Maury?, who deeply appreciates food and helped me understand the nuances of what I was eating.
Its fair to say I have tried most of the best restaurants in Miami. Of course "best restaurant" is a personal opinion and is subject to each individual priorities. Mine are hospitality, service, good products, combination of flavors, ambiance (not so much, but in this case it applies), and the fact that Zitz Sum changes their menu super often, makes me keep coming back and dont get bored or get FOMO about not trying other new restaurants. ILY Zitz Sum!
