Perfect 👌 night! We sat at the bar and was taken care of by Raquel and Jose. Their service was outstanding and fun. My husband and I shared a variety of dishes that were all delicious and unique. You can taste the quality and care. Bonus, we were able to watch the ladies make pasta all night and it was mesmerizing. Go to Monteverde and eat at the bar if you’re lucky.
Probably the best pasta I've ever had is here. And no, I'm not exaggerating for the sake of this review. The most amazing texture of the pasta and the noodles, the most composed dishes, and with all the flavors that will make this meal a core memory. You honestly can't go wrong with of the pasta choices so just choose which ever ones tickles your fancy. Food: 10/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Value: 9/10
Outstanding food and service! We had a variety of appetizers and entrees, the gnocchi and meat entrees were amazing. We also ordered dessert and variety of cocktails, everything was delicious.
Monteverde consistently impresses on every front, from the drinks to the dining experience. I kicked off lunch with a perfectly spiced Bloody Mary, followed by a glass of the Beconcini Chianti Reserve—a stellar pairing for what was to come. For lunch, we shared an exquisite lineup: creamy Burrata with prosciutto "slider", the crispy Arancini Rica, plump Scampi on the Shell, the unforgettable Texas Redfish (always a must), and a luscious, hearty Lasagna that never disappoints. The service is consistently exceptional, with attentive staff that elevates the experience without being intrusive. The open kitchen adds an engaging touch, giving diners a front-row seat to the culinary magic unfolding. The flavors are nothing short of fantastic—bold yet refined, showcasing the best of Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Whether you're here for a business lunch or a leisurely dinner, Monteverde delivers an experience worth savoring. Even if you can’t snag a reservation, it’s absolutely worth waiting for a seat at the bar. In a city brimming with Italian options, Monteverde stands out as one of the country's finest.
