The hot pot at Qiao Lin Hotpot is hands down the best I’ve had yet! The experience was so much fun, but I’d highly recommend bringing someone who’s familiar with hot pot if it’s your first time—the menu can feel a little overwhelming at first. One of the highlights for me was the sauce bar, where you can customize your own dipping sauce to match your taste—it really adds to the experience. They also had a great selection of desserts, which was a nice bonus. As for the food itself, everything was so fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the beef, shrimp, and mushrooms—they were absolute standouts. If you’re looking for a flavorful and interactive dining experience, Qiao Lin Hotpot is a must-try. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
We were meeting up some friends from Chicago and they recommended this hot pot location. The spicy was very flavorful. We got the level 2 and it was just enough. We also got the Tom yum and I felt that was pretty bland. We got a variety of meats, my favorite were the American waygu and the thinly cut pieces.
I went with my friends over 3 times and I’d say it’s the best compared to other two hotpot restaurants nearby if you want to try an authentic hotpot. You can take my words as an ‘expert’ cuz I’m from the originate place of hotpot! It has everything needed for a good hotpot, good soups with many options and good service.
This is a very busy place for Chinese hotpot/fondue. It's great you can order up to three broths for cooking. A great variety of meats, seafood, and veggies. You go make up you own dipping sauce. There's also some self serve simple appetizers and desserts. Be aware it's a long wait and no reservations are taken. You go their and sign up on Yelp. We wanted for about 1 hour on Friday 7pm.
