Food was delightful!!! Service could have been better. I understand it was a busy Saturday night but our server literally forgot all about us at one point and didn’t even apologize. Despite his poor service, I don’t count it against the restaurant as I know sometimes humans have off days. I’d still return because the food was just that great and I’ll hope for better service and a different waiter next time! Overall, I give my experience 9/10 I recommend!
My family and I visited Yeppa for my daughter's birthday. Overall we enjoyed the experience but they fell short in a few areas which is why I gave them 3 stars. Firstly I wouldn't classify this restaurant as authentic Italian food it's more like a hip spot with Italian inspiration. We enjoyed their food overall but not quite as much as some of the other Italian restaurants we've visited in Atlanta. The cons: I was disappointed to be told where to park for validated parking AFTER my meal so I ended up paying $20 for parking. When making reservations for a special occasion I always put the occasion on my res and most restaurants acknowledge this when we arrive or at some point during dinner, that was not the case here. The portions were much smaller for the price point compared to other, better Italian restaurants. Pros: nothing about any dish stood out however the bread service(Formaggi) was delicious. The cocktails and wine selections were also great. The ambiance is very nice especially for a date night/girls night however it is very loud. Overall we would return but probably just for apps and cocktails. We ended the night with a $336 bill and need to eat by the time we arrived at home and hour later lol. Also make sure you ask for a printed receipt because apparently they don't just offer it instead they just bring you the handheld device and tell you what your total is instead of offering you an itemized receipt I found this to be weird. I wasn't made aware until later by my partner so I'll be calling for a copy to be sent to me.
Horrible. I was kicked out because I showed the hostess an email when she said she didn't have my reservation. Wtf. So an email from your company that shows I made a reservation is Trumped by your feelings. Millineal BS. Stay away. My money is not promised. You don't deserve it before you offer me service. At some point service will become important. I promise! Just wait....
Food is good, service is terrible. They should probably have 2-3x the number of waiters/waitresses. Our waitress didn't take our order until 40 minutes after we were seated, it took 20 minutes for our drinks to show up, and our waitress would disappear for 20-minute stretches.
