Divan Restaurant and Bar

First time here and I loved the service. Their food is bursting with good flavor. You could savor the blend of Mediterranean spices in your food which was so good. Also, the idea of having different rooms is cool to me. I loved the food too and as an African, I was happy they understood the assignment when it came to spicy 🌶️. Their pepper sauce is not for the faint hearted but I loved it. The honey glazed carrots were so so good as well

The Divan Salad was unexpectedly delicious and flavorful. The double cut lamb chops (medium rare) with six spice potatoes and sauteed spinach were delicious. The three lamb chop option is delicious and more than enough, unless you plan on sharing. The sauteed spinach was the unexpected stand out in terms of flavor. The salmon and fettuccini pasta were really tasty, with the pasta being good, but not being as flavorful as it looked. The Persian donuts were amazing! (Don't mind the two missing donuts. The picture was taken a few seconds too late.) The coffee was a great compliment. Asa was a great waitress and promptly exchanged my over cooked lamb chops cooked to the correct temperature. I'd go back in a heartbeat. The food was good, while the service and atmosphere were top notch. Make sure to check out the exterior upstairs decks before leaving.

From the moment we walked in, the General Manager, Andrew Carter, set the tone with his warm and genuine welcome. Andrew embodies what it means to be Brave, Enthusiastic, Authentic, Self-Controlled, and Thankful (B.E.A.S.T)—a man of extraordinary character, compassion, and excellence. His sincere hospitality made our evening unforgettable, especially as he encouraged and celebrated my daughter and me during this season of new beginnings. We were there to toast to my transition from the corporate rat race to entrepreneurship and my daughter’s upcoming journey to serve the people of Ghana through the U.S. Peace Corps. Andrew’s kindness and enthusiasm for our story were incredibly touching and uplifting. The atmosphere and ambiance of Divan are simply out of this world—elegant, vibrant, and inspiring. Andrew recommended the Duck Confit, and it was nothing short of divine. Each bite was perfection! Our server, Christalin, was an absolute gem—another shining example of someone who lives with Bravery, Enthusiasm, Authenticity, Self-Control, and Thankfulness (B.E.A.S.T). Her attentiveness, professionalism, and grace added even more magic to the evening. This is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place of excellence where every detail is curated to create an extraordinary experience. I will absolutely be returning, and I highly recommend you give Divan a try! I’m already looking forward to hosting events here. Thank you, Andrew and the Divan team, for a night we'll never forget.
