I used to go to this restaurant with my family in the 90’s so I was thrilled to see that it is still open and thriving in 2024. Of course we had to stop in for dinner and had the pork dumplings, Hong Kong fried rice with prawn and roasted duck, steamed prawns, crispy duck, and the mango pudding dessert. All of the dishes were excellent with my favorites being the duck and rice. The duck was so crispy and delicious and the rice very flavorful. I hope to come back soon to visit and will always recommend this restaurant to any visitors in the area.
First time here and the food was excellent. In the end we ordered way too many dishes but they were all really nice especially the clams and the lobster noodles. Will be going again but maybe order a bit less next time 😂
It was my daughter's 21st birthday and I had made the restaurant well aware of this. I asked for a nice table and expected a little more than we got. We ordered a lot of food but the noodles and rice were oversized and they gave portion sizes for 4 people. There was a lot of food wasted. The quality of the food was average. I did a stir fry myself the night before and it was better food than this...and it cost me about £25. This cost me £284 and we only had 5 drinks between us. Service was good, nothing was made special for my daughter, the food was VERY average and the price was ridiculous. Look at the places I have been to notice this review is not a personal attack. Avoid at all costs...because the mistake will cost you a lot.
I took my daughter there for lunch today. Very average food. They were not busy, but the service was very poor. Staff were cold, arrogant, and rude. It was a bad experience. I will not return.
