There's a fantastic French restaurant in our neighborhood, and we finally got the chance to go this evening. We absolutely loved it! Every little detail has been carefully thought out, and the place has such an elegant decor. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Everything we ordered was exquisitely delicious. Huge thanks to the entire team!
Everything was impeccable. Food, service & vibe! Went here for a birthday and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were running late and they helped us adjust our booking and ensure we’re still able to experience their delicious food,The food itself was *chef’s kiss*! Definitely would go back!! Overall probably one of my fave visits to a restaurant this year! Nothing short of warm welcome ♥️
Since its opening in Overton Square 50 years ago, Paulette’s has been a place for memorable family celebrations. We reserved dinner for the website-advertised Monday night special of 3 courses for about $25 pp. When we arrived, were informed by manager that this special was not available at all. us in fact not available. Alternative was to order one lower-priced a la carte entree. Manager offered no comp items until we suggested them. She was apologetic but not customer oriented, instead giving us complaints about their busy holiday season. Our spartan meal was good, but enjoyment hampered by frustration and disappointment. Marketing dept and chef need better communication. Felt like a bait and switch..
The best breakfast as always . Anastasia was great , enjoyed my vegetarian omelette. Thank you. Can’t wait to come back !
