Excellent! The cuisine at this restaurant is truly outstanding, with authentic flavors and beautifully presented dishes. The prices are reasonable, especially for central London, and the service is incredibly fast and efficient. I highly recommend it. The cozy atmosphere and attention to detail really make this place special, from the friendly staff to the quality of ingredients. Don’t miss the signature dishes—they’re delicious!

Plaza Khao Gaeng is right by busy Tottenham Court Road station (especially during the festive period) - great service and delicious food! Didn't feel like I was in central London because the atmosphere of the restaurant took over. Easily one of the best Thai restaurants (if not the best) in the city. Can't wait to visit again in 2025!

I visited this restaurant two days ago, and honestly, it deserves no more than 1 star. I’m giving it 2 stars only because the staff tried their best to provide decent service. Beyond that, this place is a complete disappointment. First of all, the restaurant is located on a cramped mezzanine floor, and the space is utterly unworthy of the prices they charge. The setup is pathetic—old tables with cheap plastic tablecloths. The atmosphere is nowhere near what you’d expect for these prices. It felt like a joke. As a professional in the culinary field, I have high standards, and this place failed on every level. Some dishes were passable, but others were mediocre at best, and a few were outright terrible. The food lacked consistency, quality, and authenticity. I was so disappointed that I genuinely felt a sense of panic sitting there. The environment was chaotic, with groups of young people under 25 yelling and making noise as if they were at a party. If you’re looking for a relaxing dining experience, this is absolutely not the place to go. What made it even worse was the bill. We were only two people, and yet we ended up paying £110 for small, overpriced portions that were not worth even half the price. Do they think their customers are fools? To top it all off, the dessert was an absolute disaster. The picture attached shows what was supposed to be the "dessert." It was, without exaggeration, the worst dessert I have ever had in my life. Tasteless, poorly presented, and a complete insult for the price. This restaurant is a complete rip-off, and I strongly advise anyone to stay far away.

We gave been to the restaurant and it was great. Ordered delivery and it was terrible, worst Thai food we’ve ever had anywhere in the world! Is it a different kitchen for delivery? Nothing tasted fresh, more like 3 day old leftovers at best. The fish curry was dull, muddy tasting and very bony, the morning glory was doused in soy sauce and over cooked, the chicken curry had 5 very small pieces of chicken and tasted old and tired. Total rip off, tiny portions, literally the worst Thai food we’ve ever had, perhaps the worst delivery food we’ve ever had. I have not thrown food in the bin in years, but it was that bad.
