Ordered three vegetables pizza through talabat aap I noted clearly to not add cheese on the pizza but after receiving the pizza there is cheese on the pizza!! I contacted their online number waited for more than 10 min no one answers 👎👎 After reciving my call she said to send a pic of the pizza with no cheese after sending the pic she calls me back to say that the branch is sayiny they didnt put any cheese and she is also agreeing with them saying that she is not seeing any cheese.. when clearly there’s cheese on the pizza and They didn’t bother to convince their mistake or apologize for their mistake 🙄 Or even returning the order 👎👎🙄 Never ordering again 👎👎
one of the worst pizza i ever had in my life. It didn't taste like pizza at all. I'm at a loss for words, but I'm certain I'll never purchase anything from that place again. The packaging was bad and the taste was awful.
So much bad in such a short time! Ordered on line. I paid and asked to have put on my rewards. The girl stated I must tell her that before the sale. Of course I asked why, she says that's the way it is, and most people know this! I said cancel order and we'll start again, She says that can't be done. I held my frustration, especially since I already had given a tip using a credit card. As I waited, another person in to order something with lettuce, which her reply was that they were out of lettuce. Really? While waiting, I also noticed that as the pizza is waiting to be completed, the order paper sits atop the pizza. Pick up was for 11:45, I left at 12:05. Finally, I believe the girl was offended that I was unhappy, never have I got a pizza with so little toppings. This place needs help, or an experienced manager!!!
I have never eaten pizza like papa murphys it was superb yummy 😋 . The way of tratibg the customer is also veey greatfull. I experienced very wonderful dinner.
