I American and my family live in Sharjah nearby. The burger I ordered was really, really good. I wanted to change the beef for grilled chicken, but they aren't Hard Rock Cafe or any other American restaurant that would oblige. I'm sure they stick strictly to the menu and recipes due to a lack of understanding and accommodation to improve customer morale. I sat for 30 mins, staring at Kaschup and a salt and pepper shaker, waiting for at least the drink I ordered. There is absolutely no vibe in this restaurant. The servers don't look happy at all. All and all I really enjoyed the burger and fries. It is expensive, though. They could work on the service for sure. Treat and pay the staff more I'd say and I'm sure they will be happier and more positive. Thanks in anycase for cooking a great burger. Try to please customers and make accommodations or options to menu items. If you do this customers will surely come back time and time again. like substituting chicken for beef or salad for fries etc.
Fast and accurate service. Staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs. Food was served hot and fresh. I love the doneness of my steak, it was juicy and tender. Exceptional dining experience! ☺️👌🏻
We had a dinner date, food was delicious and we were served by loreen, she was very sweet and she really accommodated us very well
We come here every single time when we visit Dubai. We are from Amsterdam and visit Dubai at least 2-3 times a year. We love the service and the warm Welcome that has been given to us since day 1. Hassan and Loreen are great hosts know what service with a smile means!
