We were ordering the food on the tablet ourselves & was assigned by a staff (we could use it on our own). We put few items on the cart & then changed out so we revised out ordered she interfered in between and added the item we want. The bill doubled therefore my friend said the amount has increased. Her reply was: WAIT! (With her hand point up) I will remove it (rudely). This is not the first bad staff experience I have had in this same KFC. + the washroom floor is filthy no one cleans it & garbage is full no space to throw the tissue. Looks like the manager doesn’t care. Our order took place on 20th November 2024 at 10:18 PM. I hope you take this into consideration and train the staff on how to treat customers.

This spot is great for a dash of romance in my (94m, nhs war vet, charity runner) and my wife (9f, student)s marriage, we have been loveless and with a lack of excitement for a long time, but this sport single handedly brought back the romance (and my blood sugar!) it was amazing aside from the public hangings outside, alongside the bank robberies nextdoor, great spot for a night out with the mandem!
