What a wonderful hidden GEM I discovered in Dubai!!! I am so glad I came across this place. It’s actually a very romantic place so perfect for a date. You have a wonderful view of the beach with music around. The food is very good and various. The service is quick and very professional. Definitely a place I will go back to. We didn’t see the time passing!
Lovely japanese cuisine restaurant lounge in the Dubai Marine Beach resort and spa. The food is delicious and the cocktails and shisha are very good. We had great service by Ravi. The views are beautiful and nice chilled outdoor seating for the winters in Dubai. Music is very nice too
Despite our repeated attempts to catch the attention of the waiters, we were utterly ignored when it came to taking our order. Can you believe that both the supposed manager, Juliet, and the entire staff chose to disregard our presence entirely? It was as if we didn't exist. In our frustration, we felt it necessary to inform the manager on duty about the abysmal service we were experiencing. However, all we received in return was a flimsy apology, accompanied by the excuse that they were busy. How can they possibly claim to be overwhelmed when there were only six people dining and a total of five staff members, including the manager on duty? It simply defies logic and common sense. To add insult to injury, Juliet, the self-proclaimed "MOD," had the nerve to utter a condescending "excuse me!" directed at my friend. Her complete lack of politeness was unparalleled, and her sarcastic response of "have a good night" reeked of disdain. Furthermore, she shamelessly tried to evade responsibility by claiming not to be the manager. It was a pathetic attempt to dodge accountability. The egregious display of unprofessionalism and utter disregard for customer service at Sho Cho has left us profoundly disheartened. We are absolutely crushed by the abysmal treatment we received. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths and has completely shattered our faith in this establishment. #ShoChoDisaster #UnacceptableService #CustomerServiceFail
