Probably the most unique Japanese fine dining I've ever experienced! Love the straw fire cooking techniques employed on the delicious Wagyu and Kobe beef on the menu! Sushi preparations are excellent, my favourite being the hand rolled temaki. Super pricey, but so worth the visit!
Netsu offers exceptional food, with some unexpected but delightful Korean influences. The hand roll is an absolute must-try! Our host Spaso was friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. The only suggestion is for management to reconsider the music volume, as it was a bit too loud for small table conversations on a Monday night. Surprisingly busy for a Monday, but I can see why. Would definitely go back!
Bad Experience at Netsu I was really disappointed with my visit to Netsu. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem to care. The restaurant was noisy, the table wasn’t clean, But thanks to Busem’s exellent service I changed my mind as we had a wonderful experience, she truly took care of our table and changed the mood.
The atmosphere and the service is above what you expect from a restaurant under a luxury hotel. I was there for the event. It was nice as events can be. Bites were delicious especially tempura and duck and nice mocktail options. Of course the ambiance was on point. By the end of the event service slowed down but in the beginning it was perfect. After we joined for drinks downstairs. Japanese steakhouse gives the dramatic culinary experience as it has an open kitchen, it's really theatrical with all those flames going on in the center of the restaurant. DJ gave a nice atmosphere too even tho it was Wednesday. The staff was very professional and what you expect from this level of places. My only disappointment was a signature cocktail as I asked for it. Japanese margarita. The presentation was really poor for where it served with a lollipop on a simple highball glass. Taste wise like a juice. No wakame seaweed no sake nor wasabi syrup or something similar. But because of the overall environment and nice event, my evening was amazing.
