I come to this brunch often and would like to say it’s amazing. The quality of the food, options and dates.. experience that takes back and always welcomes. Staff it’s what makes big difference. Every time we get service above and beyond. Very friendly, professional and outstanding. Today I was served by Kareem and Mahmoud, thank you everyone for making a simple meal a pleasant welcoming experience. Well done 🙏
11 August 2024 Cafe Bateel, Festival City Mall, Dubai, UAE was simply fantastic. We had a late start and didn't get to the restaurant until after 1pm. We asked if we could order from the breakfast menu despite it being lunchtime. The staff couldn't have been more obliging. The conclusion was a great breakfast, excellent service with a smile and the food was wonderful. The Date Shake is immense and the Truffle Scrambled Eggs fabulous 👌. We cannot thank the staff enough, they were simply the best!
We were served by Aung at the Dubai Hills restaurant and he was lovely, very attentive and friendly. He served with a smile! Thank you
