Lovely place with a beautiful view. If you sit in their outside seating, you can see the water show and the led show. The food is good, theres a lot of options. Freshly cooked fish and other dishes. Staff is nice too. The place is also a walking distance from the mall, its actually connected. What more could you ask for.
The experience and the ambience were commendable. They had comprehensive food choices, especially seafood. I will recommend this to anyone looking for this experience.
Chef Hossain is very kind he serve ice cream with entertainment with the guest .Look nice and all staff manager very nice behaviour well services all are happy to have time in this restaurant
This is our 4th stay at Intercontinental Dubai Festival City and we again had HB with our package. I want to highlight that the restaurant has improved so much from the food to the service its definitely 5 stars from observation this is down to the change in management and staff. On this trip we have unforgettable memories at Anise Restaurant from breakfast to dinner. As soon as you walk into the restaurant and greeted by the Hostess especially Shelly who would greet you by remembering your name and room number which I always found very impressive as this showed how great her hostess skills are. The current staff in the restaurant who’s hospitality cant be forgotten, who go over and beyond for you (from heating our gluten free bread, ordering our hot drinks etc): Sonia, Faique, Osaid, Thandar, Rasuljon, Ajay, Shameem, Nipul, Khin, Albin, Koyena, Alaa, Arjun and Loriwinto. Thanks to the baristas Milron and Nabin every morning for the Caramel latte’s! I want to highlight the extraordinary service provided by Sunil Pandaya and Chef Mustafa. Being a vegetarian and also having other allergies which were always taken care of by these two gentlemen who both demonstrated their passion for their work and making sure our needs were met and always checking in if we were happy with the food and service is just such a warm and inviting atmosphere each evening. I cant thank them enough looking after my brother and I this service was just over and above! Best wishes from us to all the Anise team with their future endeavours.
