I ordered a my box, vegetarian sicilian. Paid 40 dirhams for an Onion pizza with white sauce, and a few thin slices of green pepper and jalapeño. The staff and delivery guys Are very Good…The food specially chicken ranches O My God too delicious and cheesy I love that…I spent daily my Pocket money on it…cashier lady is very kind. they deliver pizzas on time with fresh and hot.Good experience ever.i never try such yummy pizza in UAE…God blessed your taste and you and All staff❤️❤️❤️😍😌
Do not not eat the pizza base will break your teeth its that hard the pizza had no flavour what so ever or any pizza sauce waste of money not to forget the 40min wait and the 20min wait at the till
I am not really happy to write this review However I don't want someone else to experience same as i experienced yesterday in pizza hut in Sahara mall sharjah,i visited yesterday on 15 Oct 2024 between 18:00 to 18:30 hrs I ordered for buy 1 get 1 free in medium sizes , female employee at counter who assist me for order was Philippines national with hijab not a new employee, She took my order then asked me about payment cash or card once I said cash she straight away wrote one manual token number for me with no 83 on some small torn piece of paper shd didn't print receipt or token from system for me. She told me total 46 AED I gave her note of 50AEd she asked for 1 AED, so I gave her that too coin of 1 AED. Straight away she handed over that manually handwritten token number to me and asked me to wait for my takeaway order. I spent more than 20 minutes sitting in front of her but shs never returned my change 5 AED i never wanted to make her embarrassed. I personally believe this practice is very bad it will spoil the brand straight away i don't want anyone else to be treated like this thatswhy I shared my genuine experience here. Pizzas I ordered were delicious and again I will highlight that the employee who assisted me was not new employee.
