Had a weekend in AD with my sisters, the service was really good from the welcoming to the food service. Special thanks to Alessio, he guided us through the menu and recommended dishes, and he ordered red and white pasta that weren’t part of the menu.
Was hoping not to post this but after waiting EIGHT DAYS for a response to my initial email and receiving a dismissive, generic reply, I feel compelled to share my experience here. We were greeted by a rather cold and unwelcoming hostess who guided us to a small table outside, located right next to the waiters’ station. The table was cramped, and the area felt far from the pleasant dining atmosphere I had envisioned for my birthday. I politely inquired whether another table might be available, as the majority of the outside seating was empty and there were plenty of tables inside. However, I was told that all other tables were reserved, leaving us with the option of the cramped table next to the staff area or one directly behind it. At this point, I explained to the hostess that I wasn’t comfortable with that seating arrangement and kindly asked for a different table. I also mentioned that if no other table was available, I would prefer to leave. To my surprise, she simply replied with “okay,” and immediately escorted us out of the restaurant, without offering any further explanation or attempting to address my concerns. This lack of empathy and unwillingness to make the situation right was particularly upsetting. I have never encountered such an unaccommodating response from a restaurant of your reputation. A simple acknowledgment of my discomfort, an apology, or perhaps offering the option to wait for a better table, would have been appreciated. Instead, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. After being ushered out, we no longer felt comfortable or welcome and left without dining.
We love the Cipriani concept - after the Cip Club in Venice and Harry‘s Bar as well as the Copriani in Monaco we tried the Dubai one and it did not disappoint.
it such a nice place for ice cream lover specially the pistachio one 👌🏻 good stuff and nice place for drinking coffee and have some cakes or ice cream
