I can’t say they must make a special place for me outside, but I did request it several times from the waiter. In the end, when I mentioned it to the manager, she immediately made it happen, and I truly appreciate her for that. However, yesterday, unfortunately, the service wasn’t great. We had to ask multiple times if it was possible to sit outside (I understand this depends on availability) also about service- the plates weren’t changed, sharing dishes weren’t served properly, and even some times simple things like a spoon weren’t provided. We found ourselves constantly asking for items like plates and utensils. The food is good, and the atmosphere is amazing—very romantic and cozy. I like this place, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the service.

Pier Chic is a must-visit if you’re looking for a stunning dining experience with unbeatable views. The breathtaking scenery of the ocean and the Burj Al Arab in the background truly set the scene for a memorable meal. The food quality and portion sizes were excellent, making the experience all the more satisfying. While some tables offered better views than others, we were happy with our spot overall. The only downside was the service, which fell short of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere you’d expect at such a venue. Our server seemed visibly annoyed at times, especially when I asked for a stamp for valet parking on the way out. Although it was a small detail, it left an impression. Despite this, I’d still recommend Pierchic for the food and atmosphere alone, and I’d happily return. With just a little more attention to customer service, it could be a flawless experience.

However, potential diners might want to consider feedback on the food quality, which is often described as just okay—falling short of the high expectations associated with Pierchic’s reputation. On a positive note, after sharing my so-so review on another platform, the manager personally reached out to discuss the details of my experience and asked if I would consider returning to give them another chance. I truly appreciated the manager’s effort in following up, and I may consider coming back in the future.

Visited here with my parents when they came to visit a few weeks ago. We did the business lunch and it was fantastic. The venue is incredible, very friendly staff and the food is insane. My new favourite restaurant in Dubai
