Amazing Experience with Fantastic Service! genuinely impressed with the whole experience. The food was outstanding, from the presentation to the flavor every dish felt like it was crafted with great care. We received an excellent service from Mr. Gaya, He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, specially because we are vegetarians. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Everything so good and delicious even the service they are fast friendly. I love the vibes that everything in one place like a shop in a restaurant and also there the different pasta type i recommended it for a family restaurant it’s a good deal . They have a different type of food . They even have kids meal fresh juice. Even I want thanks one of the stuff who was taking my order I think his name was. ( Emer ) something like that I’m not sure, but he was very friendly very welcoming 🤍
It seems that on each of our trips to Dubai we must eat and shop at the Eataly. This trip was no exception. Another great visit to Dubi and another great meal at the EATALYl! Last Friday we had a fantastic Lunch at the EATALY within the Dubai Hills Mall. The restaurant was very busy, yet our service was super-fast and very professional. They have a very nice menu with a great selection of fine Italian food! They even have a nice full Kid’s Menu. Everyone had a different item, and each was superb. I had the Tomato Soup, which was very, very, flavorsome, but a little on the small size. My wife had an appetizing green mixed salad and tasty my son had a delicious steak plate. What was genuinely nice was the holiday décor, they have many hanging red gift boxes hanging from the ceilings, both in the restaurant area as well as in the Deli. On their napkins they have printed in Italian: alti cibi, which literally means in English: “high food” but is best meant to mean “ gourmet food”. EATALY definitely lives up to that term!
The pizza we ordered was good but got a shock on the price of Coke a tiny bottle half of what one gets in supermarkets for dh 4.00. Also they only serve Italian water which makes one’s bill for 2 people close to dh 200/- Steep
