Your staff don't have manners how to deal with customers. These guys and there is a lady all are very rood. The food what we received is also not fresh. What we ordered they changed it and when I asked to change they were saying we only have this. Never recommend chicking, better try something else.
Extremely poor service. They kept me waiting for 24 minutes whereas they said it will take 7 to 8 minutes. I bought 21 spicy grilled chicken which all of my kids ate maximum 1 or half pieces.
I ordered 5 chicken strips and 5 pcs of chicken from the cashier and told her about 10 times that I wanted all of them viz.the strips and pcs to be GRILLED. She said yes confirming my request all 10 times.When I received the order,the pcs were grilled,but the strips were fried.When I questioned her as to why she went against my request,although she confirmed my request repeatedly, she said that they never grill the chicken strips.Now why she did not tell me at the beginning,shows in my opinion complete lack of proper training!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Ps.The taste of the chicken at ChicKing is quite good but the communication skills from their staff is EXTREMELY POOR,as I have experienced this difficulty many times with this company.
The gravy is very2 dark and taste awful. Change it and they give the same after warming up to microwave
