Worst experience ever at this branch of the BK. We are Mashroom Swiss lovers but the quality of the burger that was served was unexpected. Very very less amount of mushrooms and sauces that did not look like MS Burgers. The guy who took the order was unable to specify the products properly while taking the order. But once we asked him about the quality then he served the free Apple pies to us with apologies. We were 4 people. The quality of hygiene and environment of the branch is below average. We always enjoyed the BK meals in Dubai but very bad experience in Sharjah. Hope so the higher management will take action on it to serve better. We Love ❤️ BK all the time but giving 1 star due to bad experience on this branch.
When I approached the store at 5:45pm it was dark inside and appear led to be closed. I saw a woman and knew it was open. The windows are quite dirty and gives a bad atmosphere. The burgers were so thin and very small compared to the bun. They were tasteless and freezer burnt. The fries also seemed freezer burnt. The soda was not fizzy. Ive had better Burger King in Jumeira, Dubai and Ajman. Disappointed and unfulfilled.
The staff are disgustingly rude and the food is awful, no care in to making the food or serving customers and absolutely awful rude staff who cannot even greet customers.
Burger king: a classic choice for burger lovers I decided to go to Burger king because I was not in the mood for waiting at a restaurant. It was a typical small outlet with nothing special to offer. However, if you are a fan of burgers, you might enjoy their standard menu. Personally, I think there are much better and cheaper options in the area for a satisfying meal.
