Food here is really good, but not exceptional for Istanbul. We have been recommended a great wine by our waiter, thanks for that again. The atmosphere is amazing, there’s no reason why you should not feel in a movie. The view from the terrace is incredible. The interior looks are amazing.
The best view! I’ve been here a few times and each experience was unique and entertaining. I’ve been during the winter and summer. I enjoyed it most during warmer days. They open the outdoor area so the view is spectacular like something from a painting. The food was exquisite. Everything we ordered was oh lala! I recommend the seabass. 🤤 The staff super friendly. The price is a bit expensive compared to other restaurants in Istanbul, but, worth it!
As locals, we like their new location -- much easier parking. But our breakfast was only so-so. The crabcakes were burnt and the eggs were overdone on the crabcake benedict. And, there wasn't much hollandaise sauce on it. The coffee, orange juice, and pancakes were very good. The noise level was very high... so many hard surfaces. Way too loud for our comfort! Don't sit by the back door because it's windy whenever people open the door... and blows your napkins right off the table. Their staff are very nice and friendly.
We didn’t realize they have a new location and we were so sad when we pulled up to the empty old location! One Phone call later we are at the beautiful new location sitting outside on their patio. Delicious breakfast-Josephine for me -huevos rancheros for my husband. I Love a restaurant that can satisfy my eclectic tastes AND hubby’s need for down home comfort food! Our wait person was wonderful.
