Long history of Chinese seafood restaurant. Good taste with fresh ingredients and well cooked. Smoked duck are my favorite. They have several popular menu. Cash and QR payment. English menu with picture are available. Not far from MRT Samyarn and located close to Chulalongkorn University. Updated on November 2024 Everything are the same quality, fresh ingredients and seafood are really fresh and good quality. Recommended !
Old school Chinese-Thai style restaurant. Some of the dishes were fantastic, like their stir fried crab, but others were hit or miss, like the stir fried squid with water mimosa (squid was very tough). Service was OK, they forgot one of our dishes. Prices are a bit on the higher side due to smaller portions.
Very good Sea food and Thai + Cantonese stay. Very fresh clam and crab. Fried fish are also many choice and fresh.
The name of the restaurant actually means "the sea", and there is no surprise that sea food is the star here. There are many sea food dishes available and you will not be disappointed by the quality. Crab dishes are fabulous although I personally prefer a simple steamed one. The price, however, is not cheap but reasonable. The restaurant is also famous for stir-fried vegetables dishes. Many kinds of vegetable to choose from and they are all very fresh and cooked with great care. There are other mainly Chinese dishes to choose from, even Chinese desserts. I have yet to be disappointed by the food there. The restaurant has recently gone through a renovation that makes the place look much nicer. I have heard that the university that owns the land plan want to build something big, ugly and expensive there in the near future. So, go and enjoy the food and old-town atmosphere while possible.
