This is really good local Thai food. Plan to have cash and not a credit card. The crab omelet is their signature dish and is very good. It retains heat almost too well. The lotus root prawn curry is delicious but very spicy if you don't handle spice well. There are tons of vegetarian options and an entire menu section dedicated to them.
We had some amazing food here. We had the crab omelette, green curry and mild soup with tofu and lived everything we ordered. They have a pretty large menu and everything looks appealing so it was quite difficult to choose what to eat. Thumbs up for the vegan and vegetarian options, all clearly listed on separate pages of the menu. Very good service.
We chanced upon this restaurant while having a walk after seeing a few sights; looked it up; and realised it was known for crab-based food. So we just had to eat here!! We had the (highly recommended) crab omelette, which was very filling, but a bit of a disappointment since not enough crabmeat. And we had another dish with crab meat, which was excellent - huge potions of crab meat !!! Price-wise.. not cheap .. but worth it! I'd eat here again, anytime.
We found this restaurant from a lonely planet recommendation. Really lovely food, lots of variety and friendly staff. The bill was around £6 pp including drinks and a tip 👌🏼
