I was there many times. I ate inside more than once. I tested their take away service which is nice. The foods are tasty but the place in general is poor. Thre staff is not that professional and as such their services are poor. One best exsmple is that they brought the bread carrying it in thrir bare hands! The wash stands are below the acceptable standards. Worst, is that the general appearance is also not that high. Sorry to state this, but facts remain facts to be said.
first it has been so surprised for me to find that you're using SM for branding which it means you're going on the way of success, my opinion about your business that it has been good but recently I think it became worth because of rush and the long time you should wait to receive you order, so expansion is the solution.
The food is good quality but the service is very poor and some waiters were lazy and rude, not willing to help and have bad attitude.
Had a good evening eating at Laziz. Fresh pressed juice and some good kebabs. Not the cheapest place, because the markets are cheaper. But as a tourist it is very affordable.
