It's been a year and the food is still outstanding but the service model seems to have changed to a more mainstream corporate structure of no defined or assigned wait staff. Errors made, difficult to get water, wine and when asked we felt like we were imposing on a staff with competing priorities. I see a recent review commented on a warm inviting experience so this may be related to the holidays.

I am certain there are some other good sushi places in Madrid, but if you have not found one this is the place for you. Great service, excellent food!
Excellent food. I asked for the best table and they gave it to me on the date that I wanted. The maitre was very helpful.
