Wonderful creative cuisine. Tasting menu is off the charts. Cozy space in the Rio Rosas neighborhood. Excellent, friendly and attentive service.
The menu was certainly creative, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations, and for the price, we expected much more. Based on the plating and photos we had seen online, we had higher expectations. The dining area was filled with strong odors from the kitchen, which made the already heavy menu feel even more overwhelming. The restroom could use some improvement, as it felt a bit cramped and wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Unforgettable culinary experience of Asian fusion with Spanish influences. Creative menu that was very delicious. Enjoyed the fusion of flavor very much. The restaurant offers a casual atmosphere. The allowed time per table could be extended and more flexible. The 2 hour fixed schedule takes away a bit from the overall experience and can also feel a bit rushed. I am missing more local Spanish wines on the wine menu. Water selection could also be extended to include sparkling water as well. The restroom could benefit from freshen-up makeover. The staff was very friendly and food was excellent.
A small restaurant with a tiny kitchen that turns out BIG flavor and value. For anyone who has not experienced a tasting menu at a Michelin star quality restaurant, this is a great way to get a sample of what that is like. Don't be fooled by the 6-course menu vs. the 12-18 you might see in some places. The amount of food was more than sufficient and the flavors in each dish were spectacular. I expect that it won't be long before this restaurant has a Michelin star at which point it will be much harder to get in.
