A lacklustre dining experience. The snacks had soggy and oily potato crisps. Tried the tasting menu, which had some wonderful flavours here and there but overall unimpressive. The mains were unsatisfactory. Bread course herb compound butter had zero herbaceous flavour. For mains, the skin on the chicken and fat on the saddle were inedible and not well crisped. Catch of the day ceviche needs refinement. The fried aubergine was a delight and well balanced. The desserts impeccable. Attentive service. Not the birthday dining experience I had anticipated unfortunately. Uncertain of why an email was requested when I have not heard back from the establishment since.
Amazing setting for a romantic lunch. Enjoyed the views and the hospitality. We had the lunch menu which was a set course. Overall great experience.
270 degree views to all of Johannesburg including the zoo. The food was filled with different varieties and was of an impeccable quality. Very happy with my experience
waste of time, the service has deteriorated beyond words. rather go elsewhere and safe the embarrassment the only reason i gave them a 1 is because ZERO is not available
