Dined here with my wife and friends on a busy Saturday night. The food was fabulous and the service was even better. Great experience overall. We shared all dishes which added to the experience. My favourite was the Red Bean Daal, followed by the Crispy Duck Curry, and the Cauliflower dish. We also tried the Crab Croquettes and the Chicken Kottu which both were great, also. Will be back for more. Highly recommended.

Food was delicious - had the duck curry, the cauliflower, the crab croquettes and a hopper. They also had STERLING service and were dog friendly for al fresco seating. Thank you for the wonderful lunch experience - we will defo be back.

Without doubt the worst service experience I have had in over 10 years in Singapore. We sat down at the table and from the start we were reminded that we needed to leave because we had the table for a fixed amount of time. We were then left waiting to order drinks and then reminded again. They then took time again to take a food order. We ordered drinks which took 15 mins to arrive - and were reminded again we were on the clock. The wine we ordered was then poured but we had to continually ask people to top the wine up. The table was then cleared- without asking us if we had finished and we were then asked to move to the back area earlier than the table had been booked out for. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and 14 hours later as I write this from home I am still waiting. It was shameful and shambolic in multiple levels. Having been to the old location where the service was personal and attentive, this is a disaster- which is a shame because the food is actually still good. The bill was 560 sgd- for which I expect a very different experience. So for this if you looking for awful service, being hassled over when you need to leave and a lack of care for an upset customer it’s a great place. If you enjoy great service and customer care avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting.

We had dinner here tonight and some of the items on the menu weren’t typical but all were utterly delicious with authentic flavours. We had lamb shank curry, cashew and pea curry, crab kottu roti, hoppers and seeni sambol, which was very good. There is a dessert menu but only jackfruit fritters, watalappan tart and coconut ice cream sundae with nuts and salted kittul treacle. We had the latter two and the tart was much better than the other. Service was quick but exactly to time and the only down side was that the lighting was too low to see to even read the menu. More candles are definitely needed please. Other than that, I would certainly eat here again. Thank you for the lovely meal.
