Cozy homey café / restaurant that serve really great quality food in very reasonable price. For the main dishes, the salmon steak and codfish are fresh and pan-seared to perfection, and the stroganoff was spot on! The waiter and waitress are all speak fluent English and they are very nice. Truly one of the best restaurant I've went in my days spent in St. Petersburg. Worth every rubles. I would return again in Summer! : )
I don’t like the food, but the place and the service was good
Visiting Tepli from occasionally since 2010 and truly love both cuisine and the feeling inside and outside on the terrace. Worth visiting at least twice in your life ;)
This restaurant was recommeded by our tour guide as it was somewhat hidden away from where many of the restaurants were and consequently was reasonably price. The main restaurant is in a basement that has been beautifully fitted out with a couple of main dining areas then an area set aside for families which has a childrens play aree attached. The main dining rooms are neverthless cosy and have a great atmosphere. We visited twice in March, not a busy time, but in both cases we were lucky to get a table for 2 and booking is recommended as it is a very popular place. The staff are lovely and friendly and importantly the food is great. The dorado fish was superb. In the summer they open up an area outside in the courtyard which i should think would be good. Thoroughly recommended.
