The best quality of sushi and sashimi in this region. The price range is a bit high, but the service of the 5-star hotel level staff, the restaurant interior and atmosphere make me feel good. It's a Japanese restaurant that goes well with Four Seasons Hotel.
Excellent is not enough to describe it. The second plate of Wagyu delight is the best dish I've had in my life. Service was coordial. And every dish was masterfuly executed. But the Wagyu delight is the best bar dish bar none. Must eat here if in St. Petersburg.
We had two exceptional meals here. Food quality and presentation were both truly first class. It was however the service and personal attention that was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Anna and Alyona for making a special birthday weekend so memorable.
Dishes are very ceative but based on traditional japanese approach. Sushi is perfect, because of real "SYALI" (Sushi rice). Very good and enjoyable appetizer (picnic plate) for SAKE. Friendly service. Pleasant place for dinner. Definitely the top japanese restraurant. シャリ 海苔がよいので、おいしいです。前菜のピクニックセットは、一人分くらいです。ちなみに日本酒は開運（静岡）がそろっていました。
