We were full after a late lunch and went to the restaurant with a mind to have soups and salads but the moment we saw the menu we decided to have the porterhouse russian dry cured steak. It was a 750 gm steak and we asked the chef Alexander to cook it medium. It came after 40 minutes but in the meantime we whetted up an appetite with the local draught beer and imagining what the steak might taste like! Believe me it was heavenly. After this we decided to try a wagyu steak (295 gm) this was cooked in front of us and the taste can’t be described even by the word sublime. The dinner had an Anna Pavlova as the fitting finale. Highly recommended to the connoisseurs of steak.
