Authentic restaurant that takes you back to by time , staff welcoming you with smiles food is delicious.. great place for a pure Russian food experience alone , with partner or your kids
To be honest, I didn't like it, food was expensive and small at the same time. Shuba Salad Fish was Great❤️ The food that i can not remember it's name was good)) Pork with Mashed Potato was normal. I didn't like Olivier Salad. (Depending on my own taste) Beer was good. At all, it worth to test this Restaurant.
I was looking for an affordable option near the red square when I ran into Varenichanaya. The place has a vintage feel and the food is good. While there was a bit of a language barrier ( I don't speak Russian) I had a good time and the staff tried their best to deliver good service. Prices in the area are a little crazy so it's a good option. I enjoyed the food so much I came back for a second evening. Better than McDonalds for sure.
That was a pleasure to visit that wonderful place on Arbat. From the first second, when the gracious and pleasant lady/the manager greets you, you feel the warm atmosphere of that unique place. Professional service, vintage style, and the atmosphere were so nice! Nice place to taste the traditional cuisine, and feel the smell of the beautiful era.
