Loved their food! Its by Novicov! The shrimp tempura was so good The edamame was delicious The sushi was so good too Loved the ambience Super friendly staff ❤️
Renown sushi restaurant, centrally located. Minimalistic with a touch of modern interior design. Summer terrace offered as well. Chummy-mannered waiters. Unsuitable for such a place. Ordered: Salmon tartar, spicy edamame, shrimp, chirashi ikura, gyoza, sashimi roll, salmon skin chips(the best snack ever), multiple sushi and sashimi and rolls, Uni sashimi, Fumisawa salmon Cocktails: Song of ai Mizuki Lychi martini Sakura Youzu twist Impression: Extremely overpriced. Some dishes were just ridiculous, for example sashimi roll, which was served in daikon slice… which killed all the flavor. Or ikura chirashi, which was basically a rice bed, topped with salmon roll, caviar and tobiko. So that you have to mix it and have your rice with caviar… no distinctive taste or texture, just roe and rice. Pointless. Regarding freshness of the dishes no complaints - everything was freshest possible. I have really enjoyed Salmon, skin chips, salmon, and sea urchin-things to visit this place again. Cocktails were ok. In general it was a big disappointment. Don’t recommend.
There are many sushi options in Moscow, this one is outstanding. First of all, you need to book a table in advance. Not too many tables. Everything is fresh, I liked the way they served wasabi. Leave the place for the green tea fondant - delicious!
