The most important thing is the reception they didn’t ask me if I have reservation quickly she told me no tables, two times I told her I have reservation, reception is very important for the guests, the place is very nice and comfortable prices is suitable the food is great.
Wonderful restaurant with exceptional service, atmosphere, and cuisine. Server Andrei is one of the reasons I will be back there more often than I normally would. Sommelier is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to strike a discussion with. Thank you very much and will see you very soon for another culinary treat. Andrei P
Shame of Italian Reputation in the word. Disgusting food , cheap service and a lot of show off with no professionalism . YOU NEED TO START AGAIN FROM THE BASIC THING OF HOSTING dear staff of Butler . Stay AWAY AND SAVE YOUR DINNER
The only 'nice' thing in this place are the snowy trees outside. Food absolutely NOT up to being called Italian, luckily in Italy you don't eat like that! Pasta with clams, white, without flavor. Pasta cacio e pepe worse than a brick on the stomach and 'pinsa romana' that not even a bricklayer would eat, terrible presentation. Frozen bread, oil is one of the few things that reminds of Italy. I think that might be enough .... Let's hope the snow will last a little longer on those trees, otherwise it can also close.
