Extensive list of classic cocktails all made with craft, from Mai Tai to Negroni, and from Gimlet to White Russian. Very mixed crowd, Moscow Socialites and their sugar daddies, hipsters and goth girls. Nice patio outside and gender neutral restrooms downstairs.
Noor bar is perhaps the best in terms of location (Tverskaya), interior, quality and quantity of drinks, friendly staff, quant summer terrace, DJs and what not!
I was celebrating my birthday in this bar. When we walked in they told us in a rather hostile way that alcohol is 21+ (the usual age is 18). There is no information about this on the site and no one told me when i booked. The problem is that none of my friends was older than 21. The waitress seemed to be unfriendly to us as well. It all felt like they wanted us to leave. Cocktails are not bad though, but expensive. Food was fairly average.
We came as 2 couples to have some drinks and enjoy our time and we end up not going in because this guy on the door has a face control operation! We called the management and they asked us if we were drunk, and they confirmed the fact that this is literally a racist pub..
