Some really delicious vegetarian inspired food and drinks. Some of the produce is sourced locally in the Kuznetsikovo village. We had the green curry and grechotto (risotto from buckwheat), both were amazing. Well done negroni and old fashioned on par with those offered in New York. Deducting one star for slow (bu Moscow standards) service; had to wait over 30 mins for our first round of drinks.
we arrived and advised to wait until table available but 4-5-6 couple come after us all said they didnt have reservation yet given table but the manager didnt show us table and at the end she ask us to leave ??? while we wait, waiter got our order, cause he said we will given table shortly , but at the end this manager bring us check that we never eat , my experience is really bad , in summer day , it seems to have nice view but other then i start hate this place
Poor service. Really poor. For half of an hour waiting for the glass of champaign. Poor wine cart. Mediocre meals. Great location and view.
I come to Moscow very often, since I was introduced to KM20 few years back it became my favorite place to eat in Moscow, I would have my lunch and dinner there almost everyday, and sometimes I go for a drink in between, I invite my friends to the restaurant and I promote it, I like the concept and the quality of the food, and every time I feel happy. The restaurant has two long orange sofas on opposite walls each sofa has six tables, during my last visit to Moscow I started going to favorite place I was happy as always until 28,May at the end one of those sofas two lady were sitting and their huge dog was walking back and forth on that sofa sitting in different places this didn’t effect me but I decided to avoid that sofa, but what happened on 29, May is unbearable a young lady came with her TALL and HAIRY dog walked into the restaurant she went to her private place and left her dog to move freely in the restaurant he is TALL enough to reach any plate on any table, he started walking between tables sniffing and licking plates of the guests then he would go inside the kitchen then come back again he kept doing this for long time, I was praying he doesn’t come to my tables because I have many reasons not to be happy with dogs near me, in the middle of my lunch the inevitable happened he came to my table flipped and spilled the water bottle on me. I was outraged from the behavior of the staff and the dog’s owner I went to the cashier to pay for what I have eaten but they included what is still cooking, I refused to pay saying too bad you turned this great restaurant to a dog yard, she replied we are dog friendly restaurant, I said being dog friendly means you allow dogs in provided that each owner keeps his dog near him at all time, and never allow them to the kitchen. When I looked at the dog’s owner she was careless, all of what happened didn’t seem to attract her attention, from the setup of her seating I realized she is well connected either she is an oligarch, or the owner’s daughter. I decided that this will be my last visit to KM 20, I tried to reach the owner, therefore I sent her a message to her on Instagram but it seems that she doesn’t give a hoot, after waiting five days after the message I decided to write this review.
