Honestly a bit disappointed, after we ordered we waited 30 minutes for our food to get served. We were just 3 people. Service was bad. We asked a waiter for the bill and she didn't bother getting it, she just started cleaning the table next to us. American pancakes were very dry, tasted and smelled like eggs. Japanese pancakes were also very dry which they're not supposed to be. They also forgot to bring the croissant we ordered. Although the atmosphere was great, the food was not.
I had my dinner there. I loved the vibes. The food was so delicious
Small things matter Lousy service in all ways ( no friendly service, no warm welcoming), which can compensate for the delayed presentation/service. All staff are near the kitchen area (including the front lady who supports us in the front to guide us through our front desk) I'm not welcoming, and I’m failing to provide a table despite the availability of tables. 1. When the simplest beverages, like espresso and Americano, aren't served hot as they should be, it can affect the overall experience. Drinks like espresso must be served at the right temperature to enjoy their full flavour. 2. Waiting for 30 minutes to be told that the croissant is not available (is disappointing); businesses need to manage their inventory and communicate effectively with customers to avoid such situations of delay and unavailability, which can help others make informed decisions. 3. If the order, like Turkish egg, comes with simit bread, it should go with it (not putting the plate on the table), wait for the customer to ask for it, and then coldly say it is finished.
Occasionally dropped in for quick late breakfast. Lovely interior design. Waiters could have been more welcoming, yet they weren’t rude neither. Avocado salad, gazpacho, coffee Good wat good and plenty. Recommend
