This is a hidden gem in Intramuros. Small and cozy, perfect for a quiet meal. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the freshly baked breads. We had Butcher's Choice Woodfired Pizza, Prosciutto Truffle Pasta, Ricotta & Charred Tomato, Garlic & Rosemary Flatbread, Woodfired Wings, and Tiramisu Zabaglione. Service was wonderful with very attentive servers. Highly recommend this spot.
Lovely, professional staff. Very pleasant and select environment. Good / varied choices on the menu, and excellent, tasting food. All at a very reasonable price. What's not to like! A VERY nice, evening meal.
"Raffaele" restaurant is located inside the Bayleaf Intramurso Hotel in Manila. I was actually staying at this hotel and so decided to eat at Raffaele's for convenience one night. I am glad I did as the 'Butchers Choice' Pizza I had was delicious and the ambience and service was excellent too. Prices were cheap (by western standards, but you can obviously eat even cheaper in Manila) with my Pizza and a Coke Zero costing 835php (GB£13.50). The Intramurzo is an interesting place to explore but I found it lacking in quality places to eat... Raffaele's seemed to be an exception. Highly Recommended.
