Very decent restaurant. Looks dull outside but spacious and well ventilated inside. No lacking of good lighting either . Recommend for those seeking Chinese cuisine in that vicinity in the metro. Extensive menu choices. The jumbo siopao looks enticing but I was not a fan of it since I despise shallot and spring onions. The buttered chicken was a fail , but it was a subjective one. Better to order the fried one I assume. I am betting on the goodness of the lumpia Shanghai, salt pepper ribs and shrimp balls . Staff service are just fine. As I said , mine is just subjective .
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your establishment. On Aug 8 3024, I visited your restaurant and was dissatisfied with both the food and the service. Firstly, the food was excessively salty to the point of being inedible. I had high expectations based on your reputation, but this experience fell far short. Secondly, the customer service was notably rude. When I brought up my concerns, the response from the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, further diminishing my dining experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
