Perfect date with my mother during mother’s day made more special with the food! We were so full ordering the set menu. We had a great time. Will surely come back! Hope there’ll be no more rats running around. The server explained that they do the maintenance regularly but due to the manila bay clean-up there are pests again in their hotel.
Dear Manila Hotel, I'd like to report our experience at the Champagne Room. We dined at the champagne room twice already on separate occasions. I noticed that the waiters offered "still water" and "sparkling water" ONLY giving customers no choice but to pay 150 Pesos per bottle. We understand that this is a fine dining restaurant. But we were very disappointed when we found out that there was FREE service water which the waiters did NOT even dare to offer leaving us no choice but to pay for water. Please address this. The experience is like forcing or "tricking" the customer to pay for water when clearly there is free water that is available at the restaurant. I would have rather spent my money on other beverages like wine, coffee or tea than paying for water especially when there is free available. I hope you urgently address this matter. Thank you!
Unbelievable vibe and ambiance makes this restaurant one of the most elegant restaurants I have ever experienced. The fare was top quality and the service was very professional and precise. I have to say that it will be hard to find a more beautiful restaurant than this one anywhere!!
