Their 10-course dinner was an absolute delight. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure every detail was taken care of. The ambiance was simply stunning, setting the perfect mood for a memorable dining experience. The overall experience was top-notch, and I couldn’t have asked for more. To top it off, they were incredibly thoughtful and offered a complimentary dessert at the end of the meal.

It was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and an elegant ambiance that set the perfect tone for the evening. It was a complete dining experience. The ambiance was a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. The service was top-notch and the attention to detail was evident in every interaction. The staff were professional, attentive, courteous, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a wonderful time. The food was, without a doubt, the highlight of the evening. Each dish was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, the highest quality, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation of every course.

Fullness. I think that was we felt after experiencing such amazing culinary experience. Me and my best friend celebrated our mini reunion by dining here and this place didn’t disappoint instead made it really special. The interior is amazing true to its name as Gallery. Im not an avid gallery goer but I do appreciate it’s minimalist yet some maximalist decors/pieces. We were told along our dining experience there should have been a tour in their garden, unfortunately it was raining so it didn’t happen. Still, prior the seating me and my friend came in early so we lounged at their mini garden. Food, concept, service and its entirety, truly superb. It was our first time to time with them yet we were truly impressed. I loved the fact they heavily inspired with filipino ingredients and cuisine. We will definitely dine with them again. Looking forward to their new menu.

Wow, what an amazing experience my husband and I had at Gallery by Chele last night! We were visiting from the US and wanted to treat our dear friend to a special dinner, and I had heard wonderful things about your restaurant online and from friends. I’m so glad we decided to come. What made the evening truly exceptional was the food tour through your patio garden. It added an extra layer of meaning to the meal, and it was clear to us how much you prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients in your dishes. The way you brought together Filipino culture and local ingredients was awesome, and the story shared by the server as we journeyed through each dish helped us appreciate the thought and care behind every dish. While we had over 10 courses, it’s hard to single out just one that stood out – but the wagyu beef and the tuna with crispy skin were absolutely amazing. The flavors were exquisite, and each bite was a new discovery. We also loved the vibe and energy of the restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the sight of the bar and kitchen, with the staff smiling, engaged, and clearly enjoying their work. It set such a warm, welcoming tone for the evening. The back room with the sliding glass door was also a lovely touch, providing a bit more privacy while still letting us feel connected to the lively atmosphere of the main room. The entire night was perfect – from the service to the atmosphere to the incredible food. Thank you for your incredible vision and the unforgettable experience you’ve created at Gallery by Chele.
