I loved this. I thank my friend for recommending this burrito (her favorite is the kare-kare burrito).
Mac and cheese burrito wrap was great but the service and ambiance needs improvement. I think it’d be better if you’ll just order online 😕
Nice find near Diliman. Food is Mexican cuisine but for the Filipino palette. Two of their bestsellers are the kare-kare burrito and the steak and fries wrap, both packed with meat that's tender and well-cooked, and the flavors are great so both are worth the price (P198 and P268, resp) Try too their potato crisp nachos (P158). These are a different take on regular nachos, replacing the tortilla chips with thin crisps for a lighter appetizer option that's great for sharing. A little light on the meat and other toppings but worth a try. The atmosphere has a very hole-in-the-wall/canteen feel but it's clean, well-lit and ventilated.
I’ve been going to Buen Comer several times already because their food are really good. My favorites are Chicken Burrito, Chicken Quesadilla, and Peri-Peri Chicken with Dirty Rice. The place is always packed so sometimes I order my food to go since they can only accommodate limited customers for dine-in. Recently, I tried something new. I ordered their Nacho Potato Crisp. It was actually good. It was in deed a potato chips but topped with the usual nacho toppings like meat, cheese, shredded veggies, and the works. The meat they used was chorizo but I think this would taste better if they used ground beef.
